Analytical Lab Technician

We are building an international team of dairy products lovers that want to reinvent the food industry. We are looking for a Analytical Lab Technician to join our team in Lyon.

The person will implement and execute routine internal food composition analysis and provide data to support R&D and Quality control.

What you will be doing

• Adapt protein, ash, moisture and carbohydrates internal methods to get faster results in composition data to support FSI and Strain development
• Execute all routine internal food composition analyses to support FSI, BP and Strain development
• Follow external analyses for food composition and microbiological assays for batch release
• Execute routine physical-chemical analyses, such as pH, colour, conductivity, etc
• Execute routine stability analyses, such as water activity, moisture and functionality KPIs
• Support raw materials verification

About you :

• You are passionate about Bon Vivant’s mission to bring the success of alternative dairy products
• You are a Food Scientist, Chemist or Biochemist
• You are interested in laboratory and bench activities to obtain faster and reliable results in the R&D analytical department.
• Experience with dairy proteins characterization and microbiological assays is a nice to have.
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
